@manitobahydro I paid my bill on June 12 via my banks bill payment, the same as usual. Today you emailed saying my payment was late. There is no record of my payment on my account. I called the bank and they verified the funds were sent to the right account. How do I fix this?

@AmazonHelp I not surprised. Two different reps have emailed me. Both ignored my request for a paid receipt and provided a link to an invoice that shows the balance owing. BEWARE: AMAZON WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A RECEIPT FOR YOUR PURCHASE. Buy from someone else if you need a receipt!!!

@amazon I bought a medical device from you. Went to claim it on my insurance and I don't have a receipt. Your reps kept telling me to download my invoice. But the invoice shows the total cost, and doesn't show that I paid for the item. Your reps refuse to provide a paid receipt!!

@Adobe I just your program constantly at work. Yesterday it stopped working. When I click to use any tool the entire toolbar goes blank and won't load. Adobe is fully updated. IT can't help snd says the problem is a patch you installed snd you need to fix it. Please help!
