Fan ownership doesn’t work in Scotland even Hearts have a rich benefactor who writes them a cheque.

The pitch had so many advice repairs that it had to be ripped up
We would have lost games if it had mot been replaced.
Makes sense to put in a hybrid pitch cuts down maintenance and renovation costs

@rossscanlan93 These works you need to be guided by building control who report back to the safety group the club has its hands tied to get this work done and to be fair the facilities manager did a great job having the work di e without the full closure of the east stand 1/2
