On August 3, 2020 at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning, PMAJ NOEL L VILLARUEL, MELO/Duty SOCO TL conducted On The Spot Inspection & Correction (OTSIC) to the duty personnel of TARLAC PCLO on proper wearing of GOA Type B uniform. No defect was noted during the said inspection.
