Our cadets conducted defensive operations during lab this week. We also congratulated CDT Bernal as he contracted with the United States Army. Texans are back at it with good training!

Texans congratulated CDT Taylor as he contracted with the United States Army. We conducted a platoon attack lab where cadets learned step-by-step what an attack is and the standards that need to be met. Cadets were motivated to learn and enjoyed the training.

On Wednesday, January 3rd, Texans conducted physical training to work on certain ACFT events. Lab for the week was a 2-mile ruck into patrol base operations for the first tactical lab of the semester. Cadets are working hard and learning new things.

#WorkoutWednesday At 0550 Cadets formed up to receive a demonstration on how to properly perform preparation drills. The movements will increase body temperature and heart rate, increase pliability of joints and muscles, and increase responsiveness of nerves and muscles.

Cadets are back on campus and start the spring semester today. MSIV cadets took the ACFT to kick things off. Texan Battalion is ready to crush it this semester.
