The Violations:
❌ Code 8: Breaking recruitment laws.
❌ Code 9: Promising fair wages on paper but allegedly failing to pay them.

As a dental professional, I know the truth: we do NOT have a worker shortage in Calgary. We have thousands of qualified Canadians ready to work. So why was a positive LMIA even approved for this?

In August 2025, Dr. Gill was already fined $22,000 by the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (CDSA) for unprofessional conduct, including failing to get informed consent and poor record-keeping.

Who is protecting our profession When business owners use loopholes to undercut local wages and bypass Canadian workers, it hurts all of us. It’s time to stop the "paper shortages" and start prioritizing our local workforce.
