Not a special needs mom over here ugly crying. 😭
From her dad driving in at 11 o’clock to shoot hoops w/ her … to 𝘢𝘭𝘭 the sacrifices her mother & grandmother have made, this answer from Joyce Edwards about why she plays so hard gives all the feels 🥰 #Elite8#GamecockWBB#ChasingAChampionship#WIS10
I commend Lauren for her vulnerability here & I’m very happy that she is in a much better place now! (I have a sibling that has struggled w/depression, & truly hope this article helps many)
Also shoutout to Dawn!! Honestly, you can’t even put into words how much of a gem she is.
I hardly ever cry,but this story actually broke me because I know someone that’s child has brain cancer who’s the same age as this sweet little girl! This little girl deserves the best and definitely a home during this horrible time! 🙏
Syd on Caitlin: "It’s a lot for a young person to be dealing with, on top of pressure to do well… to lead your team… so it was good to be able to see a lighter side of her, especially, unfortunately, when she was injured, you're having to adjust your mindset, you're having to get mentally tougher, because I don’t think she’d had like a bad injury before. So you're having to watch your team from the outside. I would be talking to her a lot. Make sure you're still being vocal. You don't want to lose this time with your teammates, because you're injured or sidelined, you're not still using that opportunity to lead or to grow relationships. Don't let it be a wasted season just because you can't physically contribute. I think her desire to become a better leader, and to come back, because there were times where she thought she was coming back… But to see her fun side, that was an important part. To see her being jovial, lighthearted, and having fun with her teammates, I don't think that was a side people saw a lot last season, and so I would just be telling her, more of that.” 💕
After five years of relentless dedication, Julian Brown @naturejab_ has officially turned plastic waste into a clean-burning alternative fuel source called PLASTOLINE, a 110 octane fuel that produces clean emissions and could redefine the future of energy.
On October 4th history was made in Atlanta when Julian started a 2023 Scat Pack running entirely on PLASTOLINE, proving his invention works in real life.
More than 1,000 people gathered to witness the moment cheering as plastic waste was transformed into power before their eyes.
