Tartu has almost the best living environment in the world! Namely, in the final round of the well-known International LiVCom Awards, Tartu was awarded with a second place in the category of best living environment among cities with 75,000-150,000 inhabitants.
Spreading the word about TAVA 2020! The Lyon Light Festival Forum 2019 was held recently and our very own Elo Liiv did a presentation regarding TAVA2020 . It was an event where over 150 city representatives, artists and light festival professionals from 30 cities came together.
