On 30th November my birthday, i purchased a voucher from Magicpin but not visible to merchant. In this i wasted 40mins but no response from customer care. Now its been 3 days but there is no resolution. I request everyone to avoid using Magicpin for any services

My bill payment due date was 12th and i have made the payment on 10th but it reflected on 13th. So fine of Rs 20000 imposed on me. I am going to escalate via RBI if no resolution provided by tomorrow.

There are number of flight option was available in daytime but only option given was of midnight for solo female traveler. Not justified. Not even a single person apologies for all this trouble. Hope you can understand
So i recommend everyone to avoid Indigo airline if you don't want to messed up things like this and horrible experience.
Please pay more for other airlines but never choose Indigo.

Now worst part is coming that when she landed at Pune airport and came to know that her luggage is not reached Pune its still in Delhi. Point to note that she reached airport 2hrs 45mins before departure. In this again 2hrs wasted. PIR attached for reference
