My parents sent me a package from India. It's been almost a week. Still i didnt get my package. Though the tracking shows that the delivery has been attempted. I got a phone call which rang for 2 sec. And i called back in less than one minute

And they told me that i have to pay more amount if i wanted to pickupmy order. What the fuck. I paid a lot of amount to deliver my own package and they are asking to pay more if i wanted to pick it @DHLUS @DHLUSHelp what kind of service you are giving to customers?

I called the @DHLUSHelp customer service and asked whether is there any option that i can pickup the package (because there is a really needed and important personal thing in it). And they told me it wont be possible.
