@JioCare I requested to relocate connection on 10.05.2025 with request to re-install on 14.05.2025. Wrote to Jiocare email-useless. Called Customer care - only rescheduling. No cancellation option available for customer or care. Even after paying 1111 on 10may waiting for 15 days

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia I hadn’t requested for your so called free JIO HOME. I had requested for relocation. After collecting money from the consumer how a company can sleep like this. There is no mechanism for escalation of complain. All are chat bots.

@JioCare @reliancejio From May 10 to June 15, @JioCare you kept making false promises. Neither connection nor refund. On June 2, I switched to @airtelindia and got internet the same day. Still waiting for my refund. Enough lies. Issue it now asap or face action in Consumer Forum. #consumerRights

@JioCare It has been rescheduled several times. Till now no service engineer allotted even after 18 days. If you are not interested in retaining customer pls inform. I want it by today or cancellation confirmation by today. Else meet in consumer forum for mental agony and wasting time
