@AmazonHelp That doesn’t help me, I did the chat this morning just tell me it has been delivered!!! & to wait 24hours… don’t see the point in that also there is no contact number to call Amazon! I’ve never had an issues your delivery driver obviously just couldn’t be bothered! It’s a joke

@AmazonHelp hiya, you supposedly delivered my order to me last night! It says it was handed to me directly!!! Well that’s a load of crap! I haven’t received it & it has not been delivered to my neighbours. Can this be sorted asap?!!!?

@AmazonHelp Yes I have followed those steps , I have checked around my house the package is not there, I have checked with my neighbours they haven’t received it. It states on my account that it was handed to me. This is simply not true! Nothing has been left!

@dhlexpressuk why do you have a 2 hour time slot for collections, if you don’t plan on delivering anywhere near that time?? I’ve just been told by your customer services that even though I picked a collection slot between 9:30-11:30 it could be between 9-5!! What’s the point?!
