I swear Boston is backwards. My grandpa got a ticket because the meter was broken 😡 He tried to pay but couldn’t—and not everyone has a touchscreen phone! Minutes later I saw them fixing the meter but still giving a ticket! Do better, Boston. Do better, @MayorWu. #ParkingFails
