The whole world must now know that the current Zimbabwean parliament is now ILLEGITIMATE!

Its composition is derived from a criminal act of recalling legitimately elected members of parliament from the opposition CCC party by a crook claiming to be the interim Secretary-General of the opposition CCC when he is not!

His corrupt recalls were backed by an equally corrupt, disgraced and captured judiciary.

We know that the weaknesses created by the opposition itself contributed to these criminal acts, but that is a story for another day.

Based on the facts I have stated, the world must know that when it interacts with the current Zimbabwean parliament, it is engaging with an illegitimate parliament which was put together partly through a rigged election and a criminal act of recalling members of parliament.

It doesn’t end there, the recalled members of parliament were then blocked by the corrupt judiciary from contesting the by-elections in order to facilitate the criminal entry into parliament by ZANUPF surrogates running on its ticket in a competition where the opposition candidates were blocked from participating.

So the Zimbabwean parliament is a fraud, one that will taint anyone who gives it legitimacy both home and abroad!

The fact that the opposition might fail to get this message solidly across the world means that every sane and patriotic Zimbabwean must spread this word!

The interference by a corrupt judiciary highlights the dead end that anyone opposed to ZANUPF has reached when seeking fair arbitration in Zimbabwean courts, it also shows the challenges within the Zimbabwean political landscape where state institutions are captured!

The rigged shambolic elections and the subsequent illegal and criminal recalls make the current Zimbabwean parliament illegitimate, it is a crime scene that shouldn’t be sanitised!

Engaging with the current parliament will be giving legitimacy to these criminal acts that I have outlined!
Citizens must play a role in spreading awareness wherever they are as a collective patriotic act of demanding accountability.

Institutions built out of criminal acts are of significant concern that warrants attention and dialogue both domestically and on the international stage.
You can’t get legitimate outcomes and laws from an illegitimate parliament whose outcome is built on a criminal foundation!
