My I-wish deposit matured and disappeared from the I-Wish, and the amount was missing for a good 10 days. Didn't get resolved with me calling up Customer Care, I had to put in an Email complaint and wait for a resolution. If I have to go to the bank to do all this work...

Been having a terrible experience with the @icicibank app in the last few months. At the moment, the app doesn't seem to be functional for anything other than the most basic banking needs. You can't create an FD/RD or I-Wish deposit. You can't make a contribution to your PPF acc.

They keep the dogs in a confined cage for 10 days to check if he has any illnesses. If anti rabies has not been given, they give only that. Like I said, we have already administered the same to the dogs and cats here.
