GTA 6 leaker Cyberleek claims it leaked the game to protest digital pre-orders and paid content while promoting its own memecoin
Around $11.8 million worth of the token was traded in one day, fueling claims the leaks are an ad
for a game series that prioritizes presentation over anything, the ingame renders gotta go. like this don’t look low effort?
what’s so weird is that they copied and pasted tyrese render (no filter) from last year but somehow lost jalen brunsons?
Anyone that believes the GTA6 leaker is doing this for the “power to gamers” narrative is so easily manipulated.
They do not care about the no disc issue. The leaker is doing this to promote their crypto coin. Plain and simple. That’s why this is all so wack.
Anyone who actually believes those hackers/leakers when they say that they're doing it "for the gamers" are actual morons. They're only trying to use fake goodwill to sell more crypto garbage to the really stupid gamers out there who falls for it.
The backlash against generative AI in video games may be starting to affect how games are made.
Some games have faced strong criticism after players found generative AI was used to create certain assets or content, in some cases, players refused to buy the games or left negative reviews.
According to games lawyer Haley MacLean, this reaction is also getting publishers’ attention.
Some publishing contracts now include rules that limit or completely ban generative AI during development.
From what I heard someone at twitch was streaming said “if it was opt in no one would do it” take it with a grain of salt but if true that is scummy as fuck
Twitch has come under fire after streamers were automatically opted in to let AI train with their content
It has since added an opt-out setting, but it only applies to their own stream
Spotify will stop recommending AI-generated artists starting this September.
Suspected AI profiles will be reviewed by human moderators using AI-detection tools to identify artists attempting to conceal AI-generated content.
