Hey @MicrosoftLearn I passed my PL-300 exam but can’t access my certificate because my Outlook account is locked! Tried every recovery method, contacted support, but keep hitting dead ends. I have my candidate & Reg ID, how can I get my certification? Need urgent help!

@MicrosoftLearn As much as I appreciate the security, the frustration is way too much to compensate! I need proper support to claim my well-deserved certificate!

@MicrosoftLearn I have been trying to recover my MS Learn password after I passed my PL-300 exam and the struggle is 1000 times harder than getting the certificate! I tried ALL the methods mentioned without any luck and waited in customer service for queues for hours!

There has been complete cutting of communications and internet in Gaza accompanied with bombardment at this moment which is the most severe of Gaza.
