@vickrussotakes @ensaymeowda Vacancies don't force landlords to lower rents. Maybe if there's prolonged vacancy. Plus Austin and Denver are coming down from extreme rent spikes and these "lower rents" primarily benefit the upper middle class and not people who cannot afford housing.
