For clarity on the timeline:
📌 6 August 2026: Account-wide debit restriction began.
📌 12 days ago: I wrote to the statutory office requesting the STAN Order/statutory notice and details of the restriction.
📌 12 days later: I still have received no response from the statutory office.
📌 Today: Axis Bank finally provided me with the details of HIRIYADKA PS as the concerned authority.
📌 Today: My account remains restricted and approximately ₹55,200 remains inaccessible.
The issue has therefore remained unresolved for more than one month.
I am asking @AxisBank for a clear explanation and a proper resolution — not another referral from one authority to another.

🚨 PUBLIC ESCALATION — @AxisBank
My Axis Bank account has been under an account-wide debit restriction since 6 August 2026.
Today is 7 September.
That means I have been dealing with this restriction for more than one month, while approximately ₹55,200 in my account remains inaccessible.
What makes this particularly concerning is that the lien communicated to me is only approximately ₹900.
Why is my entire account blocked?

I have followed Axis Bank's grievance process and repeatedly sought a resolution.
My Freeze Removal Request is:
SN260820020304
Axis informed me that the restriction/lien was based on a complaint through the NCRP and a statutory notice.
I therefore wrote to the concerned statutory office 12 days ago, specifically requesting the relevant STAN Order/statutory notice and details of the instruction so I could understand the basis of the restriction and take the necessary steps.
3/7
For the past 12 days, I have received NO response from the statutory office regarding my request for the STAN Order/details.
And only today, Axis Bank has provided me with the details of HIRIYADKA PS as the concerned authority, including reference 21608260049138.
I have now been given another point of contact, but the original request for the STAN Order/details is still unanswered.
Meanwhile, my account has remained restricted since 6 August.

But there is a much more fundamental question that @AxisBank has STILL not clearly answered:
Why is the entire ~₹55,200 balance inaccessible when the lien is only ~₹900?
Is there:
A) an instruction to place a lien of approximately ₹900 only?
OR
B) a separate instruction requiring the entire account to be frozen/restricted?
If it is B, what is the exact nature, scope and reference of that instruction?
If it is A, why is the remaining approximately ₹54,300 also inaccessible?
This distinction needs to be clearly explained.
5/7
I am NOT asking @AxisBank to ignore any lawful instruction from a competent authority.
I am asking for transparency and accountability regarding the restriction actually placed on my account.
If the entire account is required to remain restricted, tell me clearly what instruction requires this and what is required for its removal.
If only a specific amount is required to remain under lien, then I request that the remaining funds be made accessible, subject to applicable requirements.
I am fully willing to cooperate and provide legitimate supporting documents.

There is also a separate concern regarding the handling of my case at the branch.
While I was trying to resolve the account restriction and access my funds, the Deputy Branch Manager approached me regarding an insurance/pension product.
During that interaction, verbal assurances were made concerning the account restriction and what would happen if the restriction could not be removed.
I have an audio recording of this conversation.
I request @AxisBank to independently investigate this interaction, including the insurance proposal, the representations made to me and the assurances given.
I also request a review of the Branch Head's handling of my grievance and repeated requests for assistance.

@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport
Account restricted since: 6 August 2026
Duration: 1+ month
Account balance: ~₹55,200
Communicated lien: ~₹900
Freeze Removal Request: SN260820020304
HIRIYADKA PS Ref: 21608260049138
STAN Order request: Pending for 12 days
I have followed the Bank's grievance process and followed the instructions given to me.
Yet after more than one month, I still do not have a clear explanation for why my entire account is restricted when the communicated lien is only ~₹900.
@AxisBank — please stop passing this matter from one desk to another and address the central question.
I want a clear written explanation of the legal/instructional basis, scope of the account-wide restriction, and the steps required for resolution.
I am making this public because repeated private follow-ups have not provided a satisfactory resolution.
I am attaching the relevant communication received from @AxisBank for transparency.
The Bank itself states that the lien was placed following instructions from HIRIYADKA PS and that the lien would be removed upon confirmation from the concerned entity.
However, the communication still does not clearly explain why my entire ~₹55,200 balance is inaccessible when the lien is approximately ₹900.
This is the specific issue I am asking @AxisBank to address.
