This is a slap in the face to a paying customer. No One is getting replies from your customer service team right now.

@AndreeaGleeson any way you could help your Artist Support Team? They seem to be dropping the ball on answering emails. 5 days now. The only contact is through the Twitter DM... meaning we have to reach out after days of hearing nothing to get the ball rolling on a release.
