@HPIndia My DOA laptop (case #5147215932) was sealed faulty on Aug 21st & DOA issued Aug 22nd. Instead of the promised 24-48hr replacement, you're offering a DOWNGRADE (512GB SSD vs 1TB original)! Your own DOA policy is being ignored. Please resolve IMMEDIATELY.

@pratik_patel85 @HPIndia @HPSupport Almost the same thing happened to me. Power issues after just 2 days of delivery of #aipc. They also offered me a 512Gb variant instead of my original 1TB. #pathetic service and customer care of @HP @HPSupport #hpfraud Taking us 4 granted!!

@stats_feed A laptop of a good brand. Did a grave mistake of trusting @HP . Literally crying for help from @HPSupport due to their casual and unprofessional response. Should have gone with Dell or Lenovo

@rapidobikeapp Almost scammed by Capt. Shyam Sunder Sharma (Ride ID RD17549593729582991) on Aug 12, 2025. Demanded fake verification code, got rude when I refused. Had to cancel, lost Rs 10. Loyal user since 2019—please blacklist captain, and act fast to keep my trust!
