I think Russell T Davies is bored of #DoctorWho and doesn't want to do it anymore. I feel he wants to branch out and make @bbcdoctorwho more LGBTQIA+ friendly, but the @BBC/@DisneyPlus didn't want that for a global audience, hence why #TipToe is being released.
