Not only the terrible customer service and vile attitude, but the fact that I've been burned by the coffee they shoved in to my hands when the foam bubbled out of the top since they cannot use an in built till calculator, in front of a 6 year old child. Abhorrent

This is unacceptable behaviour when I'd bought an overpayment up to them.

When I told the staff they'd charged me wrongly they told me they cannot do anything and started snapping at me with my young child in the car - I am a regular, daily customer of Starbucks and I'm incredibly annoyed and upset by this experience

My order should have been £7.90 for a large oat caramel latte with an extra shot of coffee and a child's berry carton drink - I am a gold member and have been here numerous times - I have been charged £9.85

Yesterday I was charged wrong, upon bringing it up with the staff at your drakehouse store in Sheffield was met by rude,obnoxious comments about how I'm wrong, shoved a red hot coffee in to my hands shouting HERE TAKE IT, then swore blind they charged me correctly!
