I've always loved this interview with Mark Grisgby of Infinity Ward on animating Modern Warfare (2019).

You can tell he genuinely adores his job and has a real passion for animation in just how he describes it.

This guy has some genuinely insane lore too. He is SSgt. Griggs in CoD4, and he even rapped the CoD4 credits song. Then he worked on MW2 before he left to make Titanfall at Respawn. Then he came back to IW for MW2019. Fast forward to 2026, and he just became the studio head of Infinity Ward as a whole. Bro is living proof that true passion can get you very far in life!
