My research topic is related to how writing tutoring impacts elementary students in their future writing. I chose this because my major is elementary education and I see how children struggle with writing so frequently. #UMWRIT301

The idea that writing centers are so marginalized and critiqued so harsh interested me the most. I never knew the struggles and all of the guidelines they must follow in order to be considered helpful to the students instead of just doing it for them. #umwrit301
