If a single pilgrim is attacked during Amarnath Yatra, I promise you this: that I will ensure not a single pilgrim flies off for Haj. - Balasaheb Thackeray, 1993.
@prakdadlani BIS is just another hurdle, and doesnt work on ground,
I know manufacturers, who manufactures absolutely nothing, has no inhouse QC/Tests, nothing and has BIS... its about bribing, keeps small manufacturers out of market
@prakdadlani What was the total investment needed from reverse engineering to actually building it ?
That can help others who arent already into manufacturing ?
India won the global software services race partly because software doesn't depend on many of the bottlenecks that cripple other industries.
A small team could build and sell software from anywhere without:
• Running from one government office to another for approvals
• Dealing with inspectors and bureaucratic friction
• Navigating poor roads, ports, and logistics
• Managing complex supply chains
• Investing heavily in factories and machinery
As a result, thousands of small Indian software companies were able to start, scale, and compete globally.
Imagine how much more India could achieve if manufacturing and hardware businesses faced the same ease of doing business.
