@FNBSA pathetic what you have done to prevent yr customers from contacting u and getting assistance via tel! I am a private client and have no way to reverse a debit order from online banking as the debit order does not even appear in the list. Tried calling & the bot ends yr cal
@sarstax I have not even been given an explanation as to why my 2019 tax return is being queried or audited! If there was an issue last year why did Sars then refund me last year? I cannot wait another 60 days after been waiting for over 2 months for this year's tax refund!@$@$@
@sarstax Hi I'm not sure if what sars is doing is legal in my case. Pls advise asap. The law says that after a tax return has been finalized and I receive a letter of confirmation of the finalization, sars has 7 days from that date to pay my refund. I have not been given an expl!

I have now just had it with SARS! I've just waited and waisted 44 min of my airtime and time waiting on the line to eventually get put through to a mailbox and the call ended! I've submitted my tax return on the 3 Aug already and was selected for verif!
@Rbjacobs It's frustrating that you cant see the public recipients account details I.e acc no after adding it. Its 2020! Why doesnt fnb add this feature? Now we have to call a call centre for help. Sigh
So frustrated with Luno! @lunomoney I logged a support ticket on the 2nd November 2017 and still have not been helped! Your support sucks with no contact telephone numbers and no physical address in Cape Town!
