Road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Law of Unintended Consequences. The ESG movement = reduced energy cap-ex and increased reliance on coal. Governments create problems then prevent markers from solving. #freemarket#ESG#coalcrisis#energycrisis

@PeterSchiff Mr. Schiff, what would you recommend in terms of products/methods of storing bullion coins at home. I'd like to avoid damage/tarnishing, but I've heard that many common plastics and containers don't work very well.
Think of #Darwin this way: Nature = selective pressure that, over time, funnels noise into a signal or fitness trend. So, while long-term #naturalselection and #evolution will render Covid-19 more virulent but less deadly, novel strains can be worse, and vigilance is warranted.
@PeterSchiff Mr. Schiff, please consider creating a podcast or YouTube video wherein you provide commentary, analysis and criticism regarding the content of this interview:

@PeterSchiff I’ve benefited greatly from your podcast, etc. Hard to spread the word though. I think maybe you talk too fast for most people to follow; ideas-per-minute can be a barrier to communication
@DMLafortune Etymology is useful in showing how words emerge and evolve over time, as they assist us in articulating and navigating the complexities of the world. By comparison, words that are imposed legislatively (top-down), despite an utter lack of historical use, are certainly "made up".
@jonkay I have just enjoyed your @QuilletteM article. I recently completed a thesis for my Epidemiology master's that is quite similar in its message; I am happy to see somebody thinking along the same lines, publicly. May I send you the intro. so to get your general thoughts?
@duncantrussell Hey Duncan, your podcast is totally fucked, and it scares the shit out of me. It's my favorite.
I wrote a book, and would like to send you a copy; you were the first person to come to mind when I thought "who would ever read this shit?"

An economist describes a ghost [Robin Hanson has such a peculiar way of writing. In this excerpt about slow speed mind simulations in”Age of Em” he truly reads like the anti-M.R. James]
@robinhanson Very pleased with your commentary on having fewer opinions. "We ought to read more, and read first, and generate our opinions later. In this era of band-wagon rhetoric, wherein nobody reads and everybody has an opinion..."

@jordanbpeterson It seems that David Benatar is simply appealing to the fact of entropy wherever he begins to pretend that antinatalism is not based on simple pain/pleasure arithmetic (eg acquiring knowledge versus TBI)
