ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ @PunjabPoliceInd ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਕਸਦ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ?
ਲੋਕ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਦੇਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ…ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦਾ ਗਲਾ ਘੁੱਟਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਾਰਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ!

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਬਦਲੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਸੁਖਣਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਲਾ ਨੌਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹਿਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ 40 ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਾਣੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ 10 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ, ਕਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੇਚ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।

ਇਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ FIR ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹੋੜ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ’?

ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਗੁਨਾਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

Chief Minister @BhagwantMann, is this your model of governance?

In Faridkot’s Sukhanwala and Kilanour villages, the Police have reportedly registered FIRs against 40 farmers over alleged water theft. If reports are accurate, the list includes 10 deceased persons, individuals living abroad, and people who sold their land years ago.

This is not law enforcement—it is administrative negligence that turns the law into a tool of harassment. A government that cannot verify basic facts before filing FIRs has no moral authority to lecture others on governance.

Punjab deserves justice, due process, and accountability—not indiscriminate FIRs and harassment of innocent citizens.

The Congress Party demands an immediate review of these cases, action against those responsible, and justice for every innocent person wrongly implicated.
