A week ago, my @instagram account was hacked, other accounts have also been stolen through my account. Efforts to contact @instagram @mosseri @andreamsaul have fallen on deaf ears. Sad that an app that built their success on the content of its users, fail to help those users.

@mosseri @naomigleit Hey @mosseri my Instagram account was hacked over the weekend. I'm in the cyclical nightmare from @instagram and it's useless support to get my account back. Now the hacker is spamming all of my followers a most of those are clients. This issue is effecting my livelihood.

@MojangStatus @MojangSupport I've contacted support numerous times no one is helping me out. My son's account has been locked out and the email that is associated with the account does no longer exist. We simply need to update the email but no one seems to be able to make this simple change.
