@jannik_mihay @kamiaristudio Omg I ordered the same two!! (Though the eeveelution one was a gift for my roommate)

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@HoodlumCallum Zeraora should be electric/fighting. The Pawmi line is the only line with that typing right now and it embodies a lot of aspects of the fighting type.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@NyahalloShop Umm all of it??????? (But like that jacket- please that jacket-)

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@heracrvss I think explanation is unnecessary.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@NyahalloShop yes. Just yes.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@PokemonGems People love to hate but genuinely ZA might be one of my favorite Pokémon games. IMO the grinding for the DLC isn’t any worse than the rest of the game unless you’re trying to get specific berries and I liked having more stuff to do in post game.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@PokemonGems I didn’t think it was that bad. Yes it’s more grinding and the story is kind of lacking but at the end of the day it’s just more of the mega raid story loop of grind points, battle mega, get stuff. IMO as long as you break it up with other post game stuff it’s totally fine.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@Raythesnivy Like do they understand how much trying to make this game playable on switch 1 would limit what they could do?

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@discord You’ve gotten hacked twice, you know and admit that no one wants this, yet you’re still going to go bankrupt on this hill? What a fucking joke.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@Kaki28018583 @kazuki1560963 @choofxd Even assuming he could naturally perform as well or better in MCC
1) 1/12 vs 0/60 (actually 1/250 for the entire MCC run)
2) hamm, a top parkourer, estimated his own success rate to be 95% (1/20 fail)
3) he did one ticks where it not only didn’t help, but actively harmed him

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@kazuki1560963 @choofxd In a 12 jump series he missed 1 of his 1-tick jumps, where he wasn’t timed and could redo takes.
In a 60+ series he missed 0, in a live-streamed competition, where most would preform worse.
It’s not that he’s bad without. It’s that he’s performing inhumanly with.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@vorlution @JiaThaPig He posted a video he made in the current day to disprove allegations that are 5+ years old. He’s had that entire time to improve, plus wasn’t in a competition so could take as many chances as he wanted to get the perfect run to make his point. It’s comparing apples and oranges.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@ValourApp Ditchcord, if you will

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@dioscuri How could he not? AI is threatening to take everything from him. It’s accelerating climate change, taking over all creative pursuits, destroying his education from the inside out, and being used to spy on him. Just maybe the youth disliking AI is a sign.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@GTWScar That’s so incredibly frustrating- they should have to get you a brand new chair at their expense. After all it was their mistake in the first place, not yours, so why are you the one paying for it.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@TSM @OSUAIapp …ew no.

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

@xMaruu11 Me at summer camp right going into 2nd grade- making my discord account 🥹

[Tarakuna 🐷👑 @Tawakuna]

This is laughable and I will watch discord walk into this knowing full well how it will end. They will either take it back or end up in bankruptcy. Do they forget that the people with the money to buy nitro are the very adults they’re punishing for existing on their platform?

[Discord @discord]

We’ve seen some questions about our age assurance update and we want to share more clarity. We know how important these changes are to our community.

Here’s what we want you to know:
‣‣‣ 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗗 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱.

You need to be an adult to access age-restricted experiences such as age-restricted servers and channels or to modify certain safety settings.

For the majority of adult users, we will be able to confirm your age group using information we already have. We use age prediction to determine, with high confidence, when a user is an adult. This allows many adults to access age-appropriate features without completing an explicit age check.

When additional confirmation is required, we offer multiple privacy-forward options through trusted partners.

We hope this helps to clarify some of your questions. This work is important because building a safer Discord requires a thoughtful approach alongside the communities who make Discord special.

Frequently Asked Questions

𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘐 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥?
‣‣‣ No. The vast majority of people can continue using Discord exactly as they do today, without ever being asked to confirm their age. In a minority of cases when additional confirmation is required, we offer multiple privacy-forward options through trusted partners.

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦?
‣‣‣ You must be a confirmed adult to access age-restricted content and experiences such as age-restricted servers and channels or to modify certain safety settings. The majority of Discord users don’t access age restricted content and will never go through a facial age estimation flow or ID verification. In the minority of cases where we cannot confirm you as an adult and you need to access age-restricted areas and settings, then you will be asked to go through additional steps.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢?
‣‣‣ We only get your age from the ID verification process and an estimated age range from Facial Age Estimation. We use this information for safety purposes and to help us deliver age appropriate experiences on Discord. We will not use your age assurance information to target you with advertisements, and we don't sell your data. You can control how we use your data.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘈𝘨𝘦 𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 (”𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘪𝘦”) 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬?
‣‣‣ If you choose Facial Age Estimation, you’ll be prompted to record a short video selfie of your face. The Facial Age Estimation technology runs entirely on your device in real time when you are performing the verification. That means that facial scans never leave your device, and Discord and vendors never receive it. We only get your age group.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘺 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥?
‣‣‣ Discord’s age assurance experience was designed to respect user privacy. We are partnering with dedicated age assurance vendors who specialize in performing these verifications in a privacy-forward way. These vendors were not involved in the September 2025 data breach of our customer service agent.

‣‣‣ Our vendors perform these verifications in a way to minimize the data collected and stored. For FAE, the video selfie is processed on device and never stored. IDs are processed to get your age only and then deleted. Your identity is never associated with your Discord account.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘮𝘺 𝘐𝘋 𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦?
‣‣‣ Discord only gets your age. That’s it. Your identity is never associated with your account.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬?
‣‣‣ We leverage an advanced machine learning model developed at Discord to predict whether a user falls into a particular age group based on patterns of user behavior and several other signals associated with their account on Discord. We only use these signals to assign users to an age group when our confidence level is high; when it isn't, users go through our standard age assurance flow to confirm their age. We do not use your message content in the age estimation model.

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬?
‣‣‣ Discord’s content safety filters are part of our broader Teen Safety Assist and safety-by-default approach. They help reduce exposure to certain categories of potentially sensitive image-based media, especially for teens.

‣‣‣ Mature Sexual Media Filter: Helps identify visual media that may contain sexually explicit or suggestive material involving adults
‣‣‣ Graphic Media Filter: Helps identify image-based media that may contain violent or potentially disturbing visual material

‣‣‣ These filters apply only to images and videos. They do not scan text messages, voice, or calls, and they are designed to support age-appropriate experiences while preserving private conversations.

@Alternate_BX2 I move to discord from Skype in 2016 because I hated what Skype was doing. Currently researching possible alternatives to discord because I will not be giving a company my ID.

Age verification will not protect children. It will make platforms more hostile for everyone and create a false sense of security for parents, leading to less vigilance and education around internet safety and in turn making children more susceptible to grooming.
