Hey @AirFranceUS why can’t you locate my lost bag? It’s been 4 days. We’ve called you multiple times and you always promise a call back and never do.

[Tawfick Fayed @TawfickF1]

@TSA How about you fix your customer service and hire people who aren’t total douchebags…

[Tawfick Fayed @TawfickF1]

@AskTSA why do you guys suck at your job and have such poor levels of service and courtesy for an agency that supposedly serves the public?

[Tawfick Fayed @TawfickF1]

@TSA Your organization is the most useless of all government waste.

[Tawfick Fayed @TawfickF1]

@elonmusk when are you going after security theater known as @TSA? They seem to cost a lot and fail most audits.

[Tawfick Fayed @TawfickF1]

@EGYPTAIR I never received my reservation number or ticket number. Been waiting for you to answer the phone for over half an hour. DM me.
