Our clients are taking our calendar process seriously this year. We’ve had several calls and emails asking when it’s being sent. Sometimes there’s a learning curve and sometimes people learn things the hard way. We sent a text to our clients announcing that the calendar will go out 1/31 at noon. There will also be an email explaining the process. Then calendar goes out. I’m excited. We are finally controlling our workflow. 🙌🏻 No more tax doc deadlines. You just have to pick a tax doc upload/drop off available date. The return will be prepared in 3 weeks from selected date.
