Property taxes = theft. Income tax = unconstitutional. Term limits NOW! Exposing govt overreach one tweet at a time. #AbolishTaxes#TermLimits#LibertyFirst
Welcome to the Tax Fighter 🇺🇸
I don’t care whether you’re Democrat, Republican or independent.
If politicians waste it, I’ll call it out.
If they raise it, I’ll question it.
If they spend it, I’ll follow it.
My position is simple:
NO INCOME TAX.
NO PROPERTY TAX.
TERM LIMITS.
Keep your money. Limit their power.
Follow if you’re tired of politicians spending your money and blaming each other for it.
Your labor belongs to YOU, not the government.
We’re taxed when we earn, taxed when we spend, and taxed just for owning a home.
Meanwhile, taxpayers are left asking where the money goes and who’s accountable.
End income taxes. Demand accountability. Stop treating our paychecks like government property.
In the 1800s, House members averaged roughly 2–3 years of prior service. By 2025, it was 8.6 years. Senators averaged 11.2.
Congress has become a career instead of public service.
Both parties benefit from the system. Neither wants to surrender power.
TERM LIMITS NOW.
It’s Term Limits Thursday an idea inspired by one of our supporters.
Quote repost this with your reason for supporting term limits for Congress. Help us spread the word every Thursday to help us get term limits for Congress passed.
Every time I say property taxes should be abolished, I get the same predictable response:
“Who’s going to pay for schools, firefighters, police, and roads?”
My question is, What happened to all the OTHER taxes we’re already paying?
Income taxes. Sales taxes. Payroll taxes. Fuel taxes. Excise taxes. Vehicle taxes. Fees upon fees.
Property taxes aren’t the only source of government revenue. They’re just another way government reaches into your pocket.
And before someone says those taxes fund different levels of government, I know. That’s exactly why we need to rethink how government is funded.
I’m arguing that owning a home shouldn’t come with a never ending bill to the government.
We can debate replacing that revenue, prioritizing spending, and restructuring budgets without pretending property taxes are the only thing keeping civilization running.
You should be able to own your home without paying the government rent forever.
End property taxes.
You earn it: income tax.
You work: payroll tax.
You spend it: sales tax.
You drive: gas tax.
You own a home: property tax.
You die: potentially estate tax.
Taxed at every turn.
No income tax. No property tax. Term limits.
When does the government have enough?
@Blxme Might I suggest $TAXED? 😂
It’s the only tax you’ll ever voluntarily sign up for.
No income tax. No property tax. Term limits.

I created a meme coin called $TAXED.
Unlike the government, I’m not forcing you to buy it. 😂
No income tax. No property tax. Term limits.
And if $TAXED goes to the moon, at least ONE thing with the word “tax” in it finally made Americans richer instead of politicians. 🚀

@KPRC2 The better question is why government spending never seems to be on the chopping block.
Property taxes force Americans to keep paying for homes they already own.
No Property Taxes!!!!
And there it is you've shifted the argument from “both parties contribute to the problem” to “but the magnitude and causes are different.”
That's not the argument I made.
The chart I linked actually proved my point deficits and spending have been a problem under BOTH parties. That's why you've now moved the goalposts to magnitude and causes.
You're stuck playing the game where everyone argues over which team is more responsible, while ignoring the bigger picture.
The fact that you can find differences in magnitude doesn't make the underlying point disappear. It just gives you another argument about who gets more blame.
And after the “bad faith hack” routine, I'll leave you to the name calling. You clearly weren't interested in the argument I made, so we're probably done here. Enjoy the echo chamber.
I actually agree with the core argument that people should ultimately be responsible for funding their own retirement rather than relying on future generations.
But sounds like you're blaming today’s elderly for “defrauding the young,” which misses the bigger point. They were forced into the same system too. They paid into Social Security and Medicare under a system they didn’t design and were told those programs would be there for them.
The problem is the system itself, not simply the people who were forced to participate in it.
You just proved my point once again and are pretending you disproved it.
I never said deficits are caused by spending alone. I said spending keeps growing under both parties.
“Spending is relatively flat as % of GDP” doesn't mean spending hasn't grown massively in actual dollars.
And “we had higher tax rates” is another cherry picked fact. The tax base, deductions, entitlements, demographics, interest costs, growth, and spending structure all changed.
One FRED chart doesn't explain trillion dollar deficits.
Both parties helped create this mess. If you want to argue the numbers, let's do that. If it's just cherry picking one metric, that's not an argument.
Look at this one
https://t.co/huQ486l5NH
Property tax is a never ending tax on a purchase you already made.
You buy the home. You pay the mortgage. You pay taxes throughout the process. Yet even after the house is 100% yours, the property-tax bill keeps coming year after year.
Stop paying, and you can ultimately lose the property.
That raises a simple question: if ownership comes with a permanent government bill, how permanent is that ownership?
It’s time for a serious debate about how we fund local government without taxing people forever for owning their homes.
REFORM THE SYSTEM. PROTECT HOMEOWNERSHIP. END PROPERTY TAXES.
@AppalachianReje@GunnelsWarren You just proved my point, ignore the argument, blame the other side, cherry pick one fact, scream “AI slop.” Think outside the left-right box or you’re just another bot for it.
Everything has to be on the table including defense and entitlement reform.
But raising taxes while leaving the spending machine untouched isn’t a solution. CBO has us spending $7.4T on $5.6T of revenue, and spending keeps growing faster than revenue.
If you fill a leaking bucket with a bigger hose, you didn’t fix the bucket.
I’m not interested in funding a $40T mistake more efficiently. I want Washington forced to live within its means and BOTH parties held responsible for getting us here.
A suspected plague outbreak becomes “Vote for my party or you’re not safe” within five seconds.
This is exactly why people are sick of politicians. Public health shouldn’t be a partisan campaign prop. Verify the threat, tell us the facts, and stop using fear to score political points.
The Founders didn’t design Congress to be a lifetime career.
In the first Congress (1789), lawmakers came from private life and were expected to return to it.
Today, some serve 30, 40, even 50+ years.
Public service should be a chapter, not a career.
TERM LIMITS NOW!
This is what happens when political slogans cosplay as economics. Musk’s wealth isn’t cash it’s mostly company ownership. A 5% annual tax changes asset sales, ownership, returns & valuations. You can model assumptions, not claim an exact $365B outcome.
All Politicians sell certainty where none exists.
The top 0.1% getting richer doesn’t mean everyone else got poorer.
Fed data: since 2019, wealth of the bottom 50% rose roughly 130% too.
The real question is why necessities became so expensive not how much someone else owns.
Taxing accumulated wealth doesn’t magically make housing, food or energy cheaper. Fix the policies driving costs instead of treating someone else’s balance sheet as the problem.
All politicians are responsible for this problem.
