RT if you think our tax code should be an expression of our values, not a cobbled-together attempt to win over the votes of our elected representatives. #CorkerKickback
Down the rabbit hole of fantasy.
Before offering condolences to the families of those killed in the Amtrak cash, Trump suggests his infrastructure plan would have prevented it with more construction.
Meanwhile, his budget cuts $630 million in construction grants from Amtrak.
This is the single most important week to retweet this to your followers and US senators...and to ask your followers to retweet it to their senators.

Senate Democrats are now armed with just-released report that says, even after economic growth, the GOP tax-cut plan loses $1T over a decade. The estimate ``ends the fantasy about magical growth and claims that tax cuts pay for themselves,'' Ron Wyden just told reporters.
.@RonWyden: "There are changes apparently worth billions and billions of dollars...The American people have a right to know the tax policy being made in the dark." https://t.co/rnVTgzONPc
The @BostonGlobe readers beautifully explain why the repeal of the individual mandate is such a disaster for American health and healthcare: https://t.co/c4qF9uRL40
This is important:
Media and everyone else: From here on in, the GOP can NEVER credibly say "we can't afford X because it will raise the deficit!"
Their support for their deficit-financed tax plan once-and-for-all, permanently takes that (always BS) argument off the table.
For all the MAGA types (and non-MAGA like @BillKristol) who think I'm exaggerating, here is the conservative Forbes business magazine on the tax bill, which it calls "the start of a decades-long economic policy disaster unlike any other that has occurred in American history."
Folks are asking me for a link to the Forbes article that I tweeted an excerpt of to @BillKristol. The one that calls the tax bill "the start of a decades-long economic policy disaster unlike any other that has occurred in American history." Here it is: https://t.co/3kVVrAIMsN
All I have to say is, while middle class people now will be limited on the amount of medical costs they will be able to deduct, thank GOD we still have tax cuts for owners of private jets and golf courses. Literally. MAGA?
I dont know why my profession describes legislation in terms of "wins" or "loss" for one party or the other. For god's sake, the rest of the country already treats governance like a sport with "my team." This is policy, not a frigging football game. Media needs to grow up.
I opposed Mitch McConnell’s bill because it is not tax reform, it’s a partisan tax hike on Indiana’s middle class and it does nothing to prevent outsourcing of US jobs to foreign countries. -Joe

ACCEPTABLE at 2AM: eating greasy 🍕 in your underwear while watching old episodes of the A-Team.
NOT ACCEPTABLE at 2AM: passing a hand-written, trillion dollar tax bill, that no one has read, that hasn't been scored, and that will raise taxes and premiums for American families.
