To support theatres, orchestras, museums & galleries the tax reliefs for all those sectors will – from today until April 2023 – be doubled.

We won’t return to the normal rate until 2024.

That’s a tax relief for culture worth almost a quarter of a billion pounds. #Budget2021

Not everyone will have used an accountant to assist in preparing their application and for those that did, their accountant might not be meet ACE’s requirements. Something to be aware of when applying for the final payment. @arts_council @culturalrecoveryfund 3/4

‘The Accountant needs to be Chartered (a member of ICAEW, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACCA) & must hold a Practising certificate. The Practising certificate is very important. Not all Chartered Accountants hold a Practising certificate.’ @arts_council @culturalrecoveryfund 2/4
