The jobs report has always been a manufactured lie. The latest exposure of the economic shell game our government plays with the population, using intentionally muddled metrics, is just one of many dirty tricks to keep people in the dark.
Rent takes up more than half the paycheques of young Canadians and 1/3 of all renters' paycheques. Canadians across the board pay more in taxes than housing, groceries and clothing combined.
Inflation, taxes, red-tape and bureaucracy created this affordability crisis and Prime Minister Carney is doubling down on making it worse.
Let our builders build and leave more of the dollars our workers earn in their pockets.

Constitutional lawyer Marty Moore @CanConLaw says the Nova Scotia’s broad ban on hiking, biking, fishing, and walking in the woods is extreme and unconstitutional.
“This law views people as the problem – not dangerous activities. This law is anti-human, and should someone find themselves on the wrong end of a charge – a massive charge, $25,000 dollar fine, for going into the woods, you can expect a constitutional challenge and a judicial review of this order.”
Premier Houston @TimHoustonNS would be wise to immediately review his overly broad order to avoid further legal action.
