When I was younger and worked out heavier, once a week per muscle group was fine. My chest was sore for several days and my legs also stayed sore for days. No way I could comfortably work it twice a week. I believe it would not have helped grow muscle maybe the opposite. I think I would have been more likely to get injured from either overtraining or not being fully recovered and trying to lift the same or an increased amount. On top of all this, overdoing anything is never a good thing. Take your time, stick with it and before you know it the results will come.

@TheHost_ If you actually left a $25 tip it’s not near enough. Everyone knows waiter/waitresses make very little hourly and work very hard. If tips were that low hardly anyone would take the job and service would be horrible.

Sorry but people like you are the reason the world is such a depressing hellhole. It couldn’t have been such an important flight because the father didn’t plan it very well. The kid probably didn’t like where he was sitting and the father stupidly tried to fix it instead of letting him grow up. Does anyone have the videos of the 2020 election coverage from about 1am to 3am? Starting even earlier like 11pm would allow viewers to have a better feeling as to how things were going in the voting. I was up watching it and to me it was obvious whether the election was phony or not. Someone please put the different news channel’s election coverage out there so others can see how the votes came in and make up their own mind
