@stejones1982 Congrats on the positive outcome! Yeah they are a completely awful operator, they seem to flout the rules all the time. No clue how they're able to keep going.
@stejones1982 I'm guessing the email shows the number for the taxi company Taxicode subcontracted your booking to.
Taxicode are middlemen. When you cancelled your booking, Taxicode would have cancelled with the taxi company and kept your money. Try filing a section 75 with your bank.
@AdrianA81516727 Hello, I'm sorry to hear Taxicode took your money. I'm not actually affiliated with them, I just try and point people in the direction of guidance to try and claim a refund through their banks. I think they're scumbags.
