@UKLabour@Tony_Robinson How does Labour propose to fix these issues? I’m so fed up of politics being look what the other person is doing, tell us what you can do for us and how it will improve the current state of the UK.
@stevieraystrat Either way if they get millions of votes it will be a step in right the direction of having another viable party for elections in the future, Rome wasn’t built in a day. It’s looking to be a Labour landslide, so getting millions of votes in this election will be very good news.
@stevieraystrat It’s a tricky one we currently vote for our local MPs who represent the area you’re voting from, proportional representation will mean each vote counts but we don’t have that local representation we once had.
@Nigel_Farage@jk_rowling I think what JK Rowling said was absolutely true. However it’s still important to be mindful of others beliefs and views there is a way to have free speech and still be respectful.
@WilfThomas3 @_i0n@UKLabour I will admit, my knowledge primarily resides in fiscal and economic policy. To suggest I don’t understand how British politics works it a bit insulting, I think ultimately it boils down to they want a leader that can offer growth and provide a better standard of living for all.
@WilfThomas3 @_i0n@UKLabour By the same logic could you not argue we are currently experiencing the same thing in regards to Sunak? I personally won’t be voting for him. There is always another possibility that ponders my mind, that the news papers print what they think will sell over a corporate agenda
@WilfThomas3 @_i0n@UKLabour Time heals all wounds, and with the UK being a 2 party state it makes sense for oppositions vote share to increase as voters become disillusioned with the ruling party. It’s hard to concretely boil it down to whether that’s due to Corbyns policy or the dislike of Conservatives
@WilfThomas3 @_i0n@UKLabour You are also forgetting to include the massive New Labour landslide victory, where the party served 2 consecutive terms for the first time in history. The massive drop off was due to the gross mismanagement.
@Conservatives When did politics become pick the lesser of two evils? I want to hear what the Conservative Party has to offer not an attempt to paint the opposition in a bad light.
@petermsmart@MisterAP7@UKLabour@WorkersPartyGB That’s also true, though not everyone will believe in the same measure of fairer. It boils down to equal opportunity vs equal outcome, personally I’m more for the former.
@MisterAP7@UKLabour@WorkersPartyGB Absolutely, at the end of the day everyone should vote for who they believes will serve their own interests best, by doing that the majority of people are represented. It’s about time we saw a fresh party I think everyone is tired of Labour and Conservatives by now.
@SuellaBraverman The idea that there is only one victim in this war is sickening, both sides are losing innocent lives. You need to work for peace that’s what the British people want!
