@kharma_7 Chicken, prawns, rice, veggies. I get already cooked and marinated prawns with some chicken I season myself and then get a little soy sauce for the rice and veggies, mix it all up in the same pan, tastes so good. Them extra 100-200 calories to make it taste good are worth it.

@softboywin When I meal prep, I usually only do 2-3 days now. Would rather prep again than eat chicken on the 4th or 5th day of being in the fridge. Also cba to freeze and that makes it taste worse anyway.
