someone once said, every country has an energy. And that energy rewires you whether you notice it or not. People move to Japan and become minimal. People move to Mexico and their entire relationship with time softens. People move to New York and suddenly they can't sit still. Your personality is far more malleable than you think. We treat it like something fixed, but new surroundings give you new defaults. New pace. New habits. New values absorbed through proximity instead of effort.
Language immersion, loneliness, transient connections, having less and seeing the beauty in it, navigating newness in all aspects, learning from others, gaining strength, perspective changes.
@lokymann@dirtdolla813 Even though there's no context, it depends on the number of BM. One BM with 4 kids is cool if the relationship doesn't work, but 3+...yes your character needs to be questioned with creating broken homes💀
@Hereforfunnies1 @_mstrdom@talleyberrybaby I think it's circumstantial. My parents put me in both predominantly white and black schools. The experience of racism vs. getting bullied for not being "black enough". Early exposure to diversity can do much for identity & character development💯
