@AmericanAir is the most UNHELPFUL airline. They cancelled my flight “due to weather” when there are NO weather issues in the areas I’ll be traveling. So now I’m going to be three days delayed getting home. And the representatives have been so rude!

@amazon has terrible customer service. I never received a package that I purchased and NO ONE is helping me get a refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Merry Christmas Amazon.

@AmazonHelp Honestly, nothing was really advised. The person I messaged with sent me an email address to use and then they both brought me back to the same page telling me to wait two days. At this point I just want a refund because I never received what I purchased and It’s the holidays.
