He has all the things that you want from a guy to come in and make an immediate impact. He’s humble, he’s ready to learn.. having a guy like Caleb coming in with the same intensity and urgency to have an impact, it’s unbelievable.”

Happy Father's Day to all Fathers and Men
Today, while we celebrate the sacrifices, strength, and dedication of fathers, I want to remind every man of something we often overlook: take care of yourself too.
Many men spend their lives carrying burdens, chasing opportunities, paying bills, solving problems, and sacrificing their health and peace of mind for their families. In the process, they neglect regular check-ups, ignore warning signs, suppress stress, and convince themselves that they can rest later.
But your health matters.
The truth is that if you work yourself into the ground, the world will keep moving. The people you love will grieve, adapt, and eventually find a way to continue. As harsh as it sounds, no one is truly irreplaceable. That is why you must not sacrifice your wellbeing on the altar of responsibility.
There is a reason we see more widows than widowers. Too many men carry silent battles until it is too late.
So today, beyond the gifts and celebrations, I encourage every man to prioritize his health - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Go for that medical check-up. Rest when necessary, exercise, eat better. Talk about your struggles. Seek help when you need it.
Your family needs not only your provision but also your presence.
Take care of yourself, because the greatest gift you can give your loved ones is a healthier, stronger, and longer life.
Happy Father's Day.
