I have an i7 11700k, 3080, 32GB RAM, and I'm ALWAYS well under 200 fps in CS2. Sometimes it drops to the 60s.

I play at 1440x1080 and the lowest vid settings.

All my hardware passes diags. I also just did a fresh install of Windows.
