Come on @boltoncouncil, if you provide bins, people will use them! Some kind volunteers have tied bags to lampposts along Beaumont Road weeks ago, but they have got too full and heavy and people are still trying to use them.

The community hoops work well when there are volunteers to change the bags but on main roads like Beaumont Road the council needs to take responsibility!

I am of the opinion that if people know there is a bin coming up most will hold on to their litter til they get there, and others will even pick up litter and put it in a bin if they know it's there.

How old is your Helmet?

Manufactures recommend a new Helmet after any knock, and because of UV light a new Helmet every 5 years or so due to it becoming weaker.
Between now and Xmas we are offering a discount of 10% if you bring your old helmet in for disposal on all helmets.
