Congrats to Christian Rohlack who committed to run track at Sam Houston State this week. He is the District, Area, and Region Champion in the 800. Christian placed 4th in the State Meet in the 800 last year. He is also the District 400 meter champion. We are proud of you!

Use your resources! You got a street track around your neighborhood lol! A weight room in your house(your garage, bedroom,etc...) is a perfect place to do sit-ups, push-ups, mountain climbers, burpees, single leg squats, dynamic sprint drills, bounding do I need to keep going!
