Definitely not the fall/spring season I was expecting but I’m taking in the opportunity of a more mental role in the game. Tearing my ACL has allowed me to take on a “coaching” role on my team and stay as close to the game as I can. I’m beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to Roanoke College to continue my academic and athletic career! Had a great weekend with my Unity team in Atlanta making it to the top 8 teams for 16u! We fought until the end against a talented Southern Steal team in 5 rounds of ITB. I could not be prouder of my Unity team for all of their grit and resilience this weekend! I had a good weekend at the plate and a some nice catches in the outfield. Had a great start to my summer season back with Unity! I began this weekend at a CNU camp and really enjoyed getting feedback and extra reps before the weekend! In our 3 games on Saturday I batted .833 with 2 doubles and led my team with 5 RBI’s. 💣💣💣Great start to my summer season. I was invited to guest play at a USSSA in MD with my team from when I lived in Delaware. It was so fun to catch up w the girls and coaches that got me into softball. I batted .900 this weekend with 2 HRs, 2 Triples, 3 Doubles and 13 RBIs.
