@dunkindonuts I strongly suggest you revisit your customer service training. Apathy and just hitting a response button is not the way to treat loyal customers.

@AAACares literally left me on the side of the road and said they couldn’t help me until the next day. The AAA employee then yelled at me and told me to call the police if I want help. I’ve never called AAA before but I sure won’t be using it again.
