@Brenntag would just like to let you know that the driver of this lorry pulled out in front of us today without enough safe distance to slow down on the dual carriageway at 70mph and nearly caused a crash. For a company that prides on safe drivers he needs at least a retrain!

@potteriesbuses 11/11b are not stopping at twigg street going towards Newcastle/bentilee, only just been informed by a driver going the opposite direction 👍🏻
@potteriesbuses The 11 from the bus depot stop heading to Newcastle. Due at 6:41, didn’t turn up and let us on until about 6:55 nearly 15 minutes late.
@potteriesbuses absolutely baffling that the 11 that runs straight from your depo is always late. Your employees just have to be on time and turn left. Why should I have to risk being late to work because your drivers can’t keep to the schedule?
@potteriesbuses and once again the 11 can’t turn up on time from the depot that’s literally across the road? Drivers regularly turn up late to this stop and yet it’s the first stop on the journey!
@dollskill why is it impossible to get in touch with your customer service team? I’ve emailed and it’s been days. I’ve also dm’d and got no where. It’s been a week and still no update on my order.
@potteriesbuses why does the timetable say there’s a 6:53 from cowley way heading to Newcastle but it’s never here in the morning? Why should I have to risk being late for work in a morning because your buses don’t turn up?
