I will be joining my Muslim friends and family in London, today.
To grieve with them.
To pray with them.
To be with them.
Because that's what we do for the people we love.

My heart aches for the Afzaal family, and those all around that have to face anti-Muslim hate. It was powerful to see our community and many political leaders come together at the vigil yesterday. I stand in solidarity with you. #OurLondonFamily
This year I watched The Nutcracker with my mom and Nonna. My Nonna, who has never seen a ballet performance, clapped after the first few scenes. So happy to see ballet bring that kind of joy, especially now #MyNutcrackerMemory@nationalballet
January 1 sets the tone for the rest of the year. Now more than ever, kindness is needed. Please make an effort on January 1 to do one good deed if possible and set 2021 on the right foot forward.
First #HumberPR e-class was a nice reminder of normalcy. Not quite the same as actually being with my classmates, but I did enjoy the wearing pyjamas in bed aspect.

Doug Kinsella from @BudGardens reached out to me to see how he could donate all perishable foods to @MySistersPlace knowing that I support them a lot. They have had to cancel all sporting events. In light of #COVID19 they want to help #ldnont people in need. THANK YOU! #awesome
Celebrate International Women’s Day by volunteering at a women’s shelter. Take a moment to thank a woman for her hard work. Write to your local government. Empower a young girl to realize her dream. #IWD2020#EachForEqual
